1. Cancellation Policy

EngineeringPaper.pro is sold as a one-time single payment under a Perpetual Fallback License model. Because we do not sell auto-renewing subscriptions, there is no subscription to cancel and you will never be automatically billed for a renewal. You maintain complete control over when and if you choose to renew your update period after your initial year expires.

2. 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with EngineeringPaper.pro. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or if the software does not perform as expected on your hardware, we offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 45 days of your original purchase date.

3. How to Request a Refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. To request a refund, please forward your Lemon Squeezy receipt email or provide your order number to our support team at:

Refunds are processed promptly, but please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect on your original payment method.

4. Disputes and Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us directly at the email above to request a refund before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are always happy to resolve your issue quickly and directly via our 45-day refund policy.

5. License Revocation

Please note that upon the issuance of a refund, your Lemon Squeezy license key will be permanently deactivated. You will no longer be able to activate or use the EngineeringPaper.pro desktop application.
